Simple Grey Water System

I really like this simple Grey Water System – not only for those who are renting and can’t implement a more permanent system, but also for those who can’t afford or simply don’t want the more elaborate systems.

You will need a wheelie bin, a garden hose adaptor, a washer and nut, and a small piece garden hose.

Remember not to use grey water from the kitchen sink; use no oil or bath additives; and no fabric softener (customers who already use their grey water advise using Ariel Liquid, no fabric softener required). Apply grey water directly to the soil, do not use a sprayer. DO NOT use grey water for vegetables and lawns.
